NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004648 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for OMAC 2005-1, Plaintiff and Edmund J. Malzan and Diane M. Malzan, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 55, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE L, A/K/A GREENBROOK BEND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 185 THROUGH 189, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
