NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 8th day of February, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-01221-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which agron urovi, is the Defendant, and springwood condominium association of naples inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of March, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 1502, SPRINGWOOD, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in O.R. Book 1088, Page 1564 through 1652, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; Together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
