NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006576 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Plaintiff and Charles Coffaro and Edna Coffaro, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, AND THE NORTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 14, BLOCK 3, RIVER HAVEN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
