YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot B, HENDERSON ROAD SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 5, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat book 49, Page 49, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. And from the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 28 South, Range 17 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence North 00 degrees 15 minutes 35 seconds West 214.81 feet along the East boundary of the said Northeast Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes 25 seconds West 30.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 15 minutes 35 seconds West, 587.97 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 02 seconds West 160.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 15 minutes 35 seconds West 200.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 48 minute 02 seconds East, 160 feet; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 35 seconds East 200.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

All existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters,
together with all present and future leases of the property and all rents from the property,
and together with all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by the grantor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the property, together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any such property, and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale other disposition of the property.
All Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment, Machinery, Accounts Relating to Rents, Contracts, Inventory, General Intangibles, and Rental Income now owned and hereafter acquired located on the property at 11112 Henderson Road, Tampa, FL 33625;
Together with:
(a) All accessions, attachments, accessories, replacements of and additions to any of the collateral described herein, whether added now or later.
(b) All products and produce of any of the property described in this Collateral section.
(c) All accounts, general intangibles, instruments, rents, monies, payments, and all other rights, arising out of a sale, lease, consignment or other disposition of any of the property described in the Collateral section.
(d) All proceeds (including insurance proceeds) from the sale, destruction, loss, or other disposition of any of the property described in this Collateral Section, and sums due from a third party who has damaged or destroyed the Collateral or from that party's insurer, whether due to judgment, settlement or other process.
(e) All records and data relating to any of the property described in this Collateral section, whether in the form of a writing, photograph, microfilm, microfiche, or electric media, together with all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to all computer software required to utilize, create, maintain, and process any such records or data on electronic media.
