CALLENDER; LEAH CALLENDER; TRADITION AT PALM AIRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PROVIDIAN NATIONAL BANK; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NA F/K/A HURLEY STATE BANK D/B/A RADIO SHACK CREDIT PLAN; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
