NOTICE IS given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated February 9, 2012 in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida in which FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and PAULETTE J. MORAN and STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on March 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following described Property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
