NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 008619, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHERYL A BROWN; CLERK OF THE COURT OF MANATEE COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LANA JEROME; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALVIN L BROWN, SR., DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL A BROWN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 9th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE KK UNIT 2 A/K/A GREENBROOK BANKS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 138 THROUGH 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
