NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002685, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL VETRECIN, SABAL HARBOUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL VETRECIN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 381, SABAL HARBOUR, PHASE VIII, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 197 THROUGH 202, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
