notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Summary Judgment of foreclosure was entered on February 8, 2012 in Civil Case No. 112011CA0020050001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. National Association as Grantor Trustee of Protium Master Grantor Trust, is the Plaintiff and ROBERTO FUENTES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; and SUNTRUST BANK are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, in COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00 a.m. on the 7 day of March 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 52, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
