NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009222, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and LORI E. EVERETT; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; GRETCHEN A. VERHELST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRETCHEN A. VERHELST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI E. EVERETT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 7th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK P, FOURTH UNIT OF HIGHLAND SHORES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
