LOT 17, 18 AND 19, BLOCK 6, CASA LOMA SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14 PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8512 NORTH OTIS AVE, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on March 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
