NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 30, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 51-2008-CA-005591-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff, and, RUBEN DARIO RAMIREZ A/K/A RUBEN RAMIREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUBEN DARIO RAMIREZ A/K/A RUBEN RAMIREZ; ASBEL CREEK ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A ASBEL CREEK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION; JANE DOE N/K/A EVETTE NOYES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on March 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK E, ASBEL CREEK PHASE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 136-143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
