NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019793 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES M. DAVIS; CLERK OF THE COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; PURITAN ARMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; REBECCA HOWARD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 209, PURITAN ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1327, PAGE 863 AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1551, PAGE 492, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
