DESTINO, TINA DESTINO, husband and wife, LOUIS P. DESTINO, Trustee of the LOUIS P. DESTINO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST are the Defendants, MIDCOUTNRY BANK, is the Plaintiff, Paula S.
