NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-011168WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT2 TRUST, ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and HARRY F GRANZOW; MARGARET M GRANZOW; UKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of March, 2012, 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court and Chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
