NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008393ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ALCIRA E. SIERRA; CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of March, 2012, 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court and Chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, BLOCK L, CHAPEL PINES-PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 106 THROUGH 108, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
