notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida will at 11 o'clock A.M. on March 8, 2012, at public sale at the Collier County Courthouse, First Floor Atrium Area, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described real property:
The East 150 feet of Tract Number 37, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 85, according to the Plat thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 24, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
The said sale will be made pursuant to final judgment of foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2009-CA-6129, American Prime Group, Inc., v. Daniel Espinoza and Patricia Porto.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
