NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007119 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTEMENTS II INC. GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and ELTON S. OCKMAN JR. A/K/A ELTON S. OCKMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING INC.; SUNRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELTON S. OCKMAN JR. A/K/A ELTON S. OCKMAN A/K/A ELTON S. OCKMAN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 882, SUNRIDGE BY THE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1864, PAGES 1599 THROUGH 1659, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGES 45, 45A THROUGH 45C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
