NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-015061 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ELLINGTON TRUST SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and JANET C COMBEE and FIRST SELECT, INC, A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E.
