NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 30, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 006955 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-M1, is the Plaintiff and NORMA PEREZ; FREDERICO PEREZ; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY; LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DENISE WHITE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A YOLANDA SIMS, et.al. are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on MARCH 06, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
