NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-008321 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Richard J. Kirby and Judith A. Kirby, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 47, ARBOR CREEK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 184, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
