NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007740 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Lynn Hunter and Bobby Hunter are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1, KINGSFIELD LAKES, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43 PAGE(S) 70 THROUGH 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
