Unit 103, Week 50, VERANDA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1525, Page 1328, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly Martinson Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenathen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
