NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002695, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and GWENDOLYN Y. BROWN; PMI MORTGAGE INSURANCE COMPANY SUBROGEE OF THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 9th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, WASHINGTON GARDENS-SEC. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
