NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Wednesday, February 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-000073, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-E is Plaintiff and dianne L. AIKEN A/K/A DIANNE AIKEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANNE L. AIKEN A/K/A DIANNE AIKEN; DAVE H. WORTMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THORUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m. on this 13th day of MARCH, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK H, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION NO 9-F, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 5, of the public records of manatee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
