NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-002301ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE5, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE5 is Plaintiff and RODDY D. LEVALLY; ROXANNE LEVALLY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, OAK RIDGE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES(S) 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
