NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-001333ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and MARC A. CHEVALIER II; KIMMIE CHEVALIER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; OAKSTEAD HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, BLOCK 1, OAKSTEAD PARCEL 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
