NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-005296-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT4 is Plaintiff and JEFFREY A. PECK; DONNA JOSEPH- PECK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 4, MEADOW POINTE, PARCEL 8, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 1 THROUGH 5, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
