NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated February 10, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 2010 CA 3648, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIRST AMERICA BANK, is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL FERNANDEZ, HOMES OF RIVIERA DUNES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., and BMR FUNDING, LLC, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of March, 2012, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 47, ISLAND AT RIVIERA DUNES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages111 through 115, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with

ISLAND MARINA BOAT SLIP # 9, assigned to Lot 47, ISLAND AT RIVIERA DUNES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 111, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Said boat slip assignment is made pursuant to that certain Supplemental Declaration, dated February 25, 2005, and recorded in Official Records Book 1997, Page 571, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
