Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2010 CA 003648, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which FIRST AMERICA BANK, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are MICHAEL FERNANDEZ, HOMES OF RIVIERA DUNES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., and BMR FUNDING, LLC.. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 6, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
ISLAND MARINA BOAT SLIP # 9, assigned to Lot 47, ISLAND AT RIVIERA DUNES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 111, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Said boat slip assignment is made pursuant to that certain Supplemental Declaration, dated February 25, 2005, and recorded in Official Records Book 1997, Page 571, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
