NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 07, 2011, and entered in 512011CA0691WSJ2 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. DAINTY; SONIA DAINTY; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on March 06, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 106, HOLIDAY LAKES WEST, UNIT THREE; ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 64 AND 65; PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
