NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated February 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-028595 (29) of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and CRAIG STEPHEN WELLS AKA CRAIG S. WELLS AKA CRAIG WELLS; KIM WINN LOCKHART- WELLS AKA KIM W. LOCKHART-WELLS AKA KIM WINN LOCKHART AKA KIM WINN WELLS; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; WALDEN LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, or against the named Defendant(s), whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the at 2:00 P.M. to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEROGE E.
