NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-000552 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and RAMON A. CASTRO ROBLES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMON A. CASTRO ROBLES N/K/A ANNA MARIE ROBLES; CITY OF BRADENTON; TREESDALE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 9th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT A, BUILDING 3, TREESDALE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2127, PAGES 3866 THROUGH 3959, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGES 112 THROUGH 119, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
