Memorandum of Proprietary Lease dated April 14, 2004 and one (1) Membership share in HOMES OF REGENCY COVE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (Certificate Number 780) and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1963 MANSI house trailer with vehicle identification nos. 2197 and 2198, title nos. 1067621 and 1067622 and real property decal nos. 12178010 and 12178011 located at 4851 West Gandy Boulevard, Boulevard 1, Lot 8, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto and identified with Parcel Identification No. A-05-30-18-3X0-000B 10-00008.0 and Folio no. 130078-1008,
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DAVID A. LUCZAK, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address 3233 East Bay Drive, Suite 103, Largo, Florida 33771-1900, on or before 26th day of March, 2012, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
