NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 3, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002223 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OH2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OH2, Plaintiff and Gail Toledo and Tony Toledo, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on March 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK A, REVISED PLAT OF BAY VIEW PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
