B of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and ANGELA MCCLELLION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA M. MCCLELLION; CHARLES A. ROY ROOFING, INC; PEBBLE SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION BRADENTON, INC; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on MARCH 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6350, PEBBLE SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM, CLUSTER II, A CODOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 788, PAGE 124, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 88, 89 AND 90, oF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
