Bercik a/k/a Stephen Bercik and Jeanette M. Bercik, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 31, MANASOTA LAND AND TIMBER CO., TOGETHER WITH ONE-HALF OF THE VACATED ALLEYWAY WHICH LIES CONTIGUOUS THERETO AND DIRECTLY BEHIND SAID LOT AND LYING WITHIN AN EXTENSION OF THE EASTERLYMOST AND WESTERLYMOST LOT LINES OF SAID LOT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “A”, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
