NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007052ws-DIV J-2, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff and FRANK S. MESSENGER; GINA M. MESSENGER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BANK OF AMERICA, NA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 365, ALOHA GARDENS, UNIT 8 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
