NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-019656-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ARMT 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY L. VANDORT A/K/A ANTHONY LEE VANDORT; LISA ANANDA VANDORT A/K/A LISA VANDORT AKA LISA A. VANDORT; ANDREW M VANDORT A/K/A ANDREW MICHAEL VANDORT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
