AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, national association is Plaintiff and THOMAS A. FALING A/K/A THOMAS FALING; ROBIN L. FALING A/K/A ROBIN FALING; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; are the Defendant(s), KAREN E. RUSHING, the clerk of the court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.sarasota.realforeclose.com of the SARASOTA County Courthouse, Florida, at 9:00 a.m., on the 16 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
