described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 32, 32A-32B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
