NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 31, 2012 in Civil Case No. 58-2009-CA-002217-0000-NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS PURCHASER OF THE LOANS AND OTHER ASSETS OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, P.A. is the Plaintiff, and, ZUZANA PADUANO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZUZANA PADUANO IF ANY; ARIELLE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ARIELLE ON PALMER RANCH SECTION II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A DENA MCCARTNEY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

INSTRUMENT NO. 2004233416 AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2004237309 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO MICHELE L. COUTANT, A SINGLE WOMAN FROM SANDRA BUDLONG, A MARRIED WOMAN BY WAY OF DEED DATED DECEMBER 15, 2005 AND RECORDED ON DECEMBER 21, 2005 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2005280044 IN THE LAND RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
