NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-035552 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ERVING RODRIGUEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; GEORGE EMERSON, TRUSTEE OF THE EMERSON LAND TRUST DATED APRIL 9, 2007; DENISE SAN MIGUEL; DENISE SAN MIGUEL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of March, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 13, of a Replat of a Replat of Lot 10, of a Replat of Lots 20, 21, 22 of Summerport Beach Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book U, Page 22, and also a portion of Lot 19 as shown marked hereon, of the original Plat of Summerport Beach as recorded in Plat Book G, Page 133, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, run thence East 85 feet, thence South 72º 00' East 161 feet, more or less, to the water line of Lake Butler, thence Northeasterly along said water line 64 feet, more or less, thence North 36º 10' West 185 feet, more or less, to the East right-of-way line of Pounds Road, thence south 48º 19' West along said right-of-way line 224.43 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
