NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 6 day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-009411, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, NA., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and MUBASHIR RUFAI; LAKE BUENA VISTA RESORT VILLAGE I, A HOTEL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; YVETT`E RUFAI; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on March 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 1204 OF LAKE BUENA VISTA RESORT VILLAGE I, A HOTEL CONDOMINIUM (“CONDOMINIUM”), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF LAKE BUENA VISTA RESORT VILLAGE I, A HOTEL CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (“DECLARATION”), RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8403, PAGES 3240 THROUGH 3346, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
