NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006446-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED, is Plaintiff and FRANKLIN VARGAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANKLIN VARGAS; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; THE FOUNTAINS AT METRO WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION , INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1813, OF THE FOUNTAINS AT METRO WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8594, PAGE 3449, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
