NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 5, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-034959-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and DANILO GORION, et. al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of March, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Building 5124 Unit 16, of Residences at Millenia, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 8499, at Page 4131, and all amendments, if any, filed thereto in the Pulblic Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in common elements appurtenant thereto
