NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-004189 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and CRUZITO OLIVO; NITZA J. DIAZ RIVERA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; STONEYBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION OF ORLANDO, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; are defendants.
