NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-009322, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-4A is Plaintiff and ASHLEY SWANSON A/K/A ASHLEY MICHELLE SWANSON; TOBY SPANGLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOBY SPANGLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 62.15 FEET OF THE NORTH 127.15 FEET OF LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, AS MEASURED FROM THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 6, BLOCK Q, FAIRVIEW SHORE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK M, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
