NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-006395 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and GUSTAVO SABOGAL; BLANCA STELLA SABOGAL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CL; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; BEACON PARK PHASE 1 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; D.R. HORTON, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 337, OF LA CASCADA PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, AT PAGE(S) 60 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
