FORECLOSURE ADVISORS, LLC is Plaintiff and FRANKLYN O. MIKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANKLYN O. MIKE; SHERRY L. WEEKES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRY L . WEEKES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FORECLOSURE ADVISORS, LLC; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
